App works ok but had trouble doing a check deposit, said it was sent but has not shown up in system, so there's some issues.

This app sucks. I can't deposit my check on mobile deposit. I keep getting some error that image capture isn't working. Fix this!! I live an hour away in canoga Park and there are no branches near me.
